Why did I create this blog?
Well, there’s a ton of inspirational and motivational healthy and fitness blogs on tumblr these days. And they’re all pretty awesome.

But everything I share with you is just the genuine and honest opinion of a regular college gal swamped with school work, a busy social life and an accumulation of even more work due to procrastination.

So why is that important?

Because I want to prove to you that being healthy, getting in shape, losing weight, or whatever your goal is, IS POSSIBLE.

Like I mentioned, I’m in college. That automatically means food everywhere, excessive drinking, late night snacks, ordering food, “not enough time to workout”, studying, going to/sleeping through class and of course the dreaded Freshman 15.

I’m not an expert at all. I’m not studying anything related to nutrition or exercise health or whatever. I’m studying engineering…completely different lol. I’m not even far on my journey yet. But I want to share with you and also receive support from the many people that peruse through tumblr looking for fitness and health inspiration.

What I will hopefully share with you all are my tips and strategies on how to navigate through college and still live a healthy lifestyle. I’ll share with you how I do it. It’s not impossible. I’ll also have blog posts here and there about my opinion on different topics, I’ll try to post progress pics, and the food I eat.

And of course, I will reblog or post pictures that are particularly motivational to me!
